9-week Training Program

1st Training Session & Team Kickoff: Saturday, March 14, 2020

Coached Sessions: Tuesday Night 6:00pm and Saturday Mornings 8:00am

Training Locations: Local running routes & paths, including on the Gold Country 5k route

Registration Details:

  • $95.00 Per Person for Training
  • Training Fee does not include race entry fee.
  • No refunds allowed after the first training session and no exchanges or transfers

Minimum Fitness: This is a true beginner training program. It is designed for NEW runners or runners returning from a long break. Medical concerns, pain or injuries must be treated or addressed BEFORE training begins.
