Team Kick-Off: Wednesday, March 4, come to meet the coaches and your fellow teammates

10-week Training Program begins the Sunday, March 8, 2020

Coached Sessions: Wednesday Night 6pm and Sunday Mornings 7:30am

Training Locations: both Gold Country Run+Sport stores in El Dorado Hills and Folsom, Lake Natoma, Folsom Lake College Track, and on the actual race course

Registration Details:

  • $129.00 Per Person for Training
  • Training Fee does not include race entry fee, however, a discount code will be provided to trainees that have not yet registered
  • No refunds allowed after the first training session and no exchanges or transfers
  • Some of the Wednesday evening runs will be done in the dark, and participants are required to wear reflective gear and their own headlamp

Minimum Fitness:  The first week of training will have runners running 8-12 miles with a long run of 4-7 miles. Prior to the start of training, it is highly recommended that registrants be running 8-12 miles per week and have done at least a 5-mile continuous run.
